Our on-site Food Safety Classes
are held in a commercial kitchen, unlike
a traditional classroom setting. For
employers, training can also be held in
your kitchen or establishment,
at your convenience.
CERTIFICATION
CLASS:
Registration fee of $185 includes textbook
and examination for this 15 Hour Course.
RECERTIFICATION:
Registration
fee of $75 includes certificate of completion
and instruction materials. These are six
(6) hour classes with no examination. You
may renew your certification up to twelve
months prior to expiration and up to six
months after expiration.
