We offer both a totally online version of our Food Safety Manager Certification course for broadband (DSL, Cable) Internet connections, and that can be used by PC's or Mac's. OR, for people with dial-up Internet phone connections we also have a CD-ROM version (PC only) containing the training, so you only need to go online for selected portions of the course.

Everyone gets assigned a LOGON ID and PASSWORD for accessing their portion of the online training courses, while dial-up users will also be sent a CD via US. postal mail.
After completing the sample test at the end of the program, and scoring 80% or above, you can call me to schedule your proctored (supervised) exam.
